D. J. FryD. J. Fry was born in Robinson, Arkansas and grew up in Arkansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma. He married Margaret Hailey in 1959 and has lived in Oronogo, Mo. for 43 years. They have three children and four grandchildren.D. J. has performed at cowboy gatherings across the four-states and in Idaho. He writes some of his own poems, but enjoys reciting old classic cowboy poetry, strummin' his guitar, and singin' old cowboy ballads. He has a CD out with both his own poems and some Red Steagall songs. | |||||||
